Aerosol Tin Can Cone & Dome Production Line Production Process of Aerosol Can Cone and Dome

Aerosol Tin Can Cone & Dome Production Line is a highly automated production line dedicated to the production of cone bottoms and dome covers for aerosol cans. These components are not only important components of the aerosol can structure, but also directly related to the sealing effect and appearance quality of the product. The production line integrates multiple processes such as stamping, forming, welding, spraying, and testing to ensure that each production link can meet high standards.

1. The production of the cone bottom begins with high-quality aluminum or tinplate sheets. The sheets are precisely cut to obtain blanks that meet the specifications. The blanks then enter the stamping machine and are pressed by the mold to form a preliminary cone shape. In this process, the accuracy of the mold and the stability of the equipment are crucial. They determine the dimensional accuracy and shape consistency of the cone bottom. The formed cone bottom also needs to be cleaned, deburred, and other treatments to ensure surface finish.

2. The production process of the dome cover is similar to that of the cone bottom, but it pays more attention to sealing and aesthetics. High-quality sheets are the basis for producing dome covers. After cutting, the sheets enter a special dome forming machine. Here, through complex mold design and precise stamping process, the sheets are given the shape of a dome and form a threaded or snap-on structure connected to the can body. In order to enhance the sealing, a layer of special sealing material is also coated inside the dome cover. The dome cover also needs to undergo surface treatment processes such as spraying and printing to meet the product's appearance design requirements.

3. Aerosol Tin Can Cone & Dome Production Line has achieved highly automated production, and unmanned operation has been achieved in all links from cutting, stamping, forming to surface treatment and testing. This not only improves production efficiency, but also greatly reduces the impact of human factors on product quality. The production line is equipped with advanced quality inspection equipment, such as visual inspection systems, dimension measuring instruments, etc., to monitor and inspect every link in the production process in real time to ensure that each cone bottom and dome cover can meet the established quality standards.
